I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 2wheel drive with analog heater controls (no digital). Heater stays on all the time. Not the fan but just the heater. The temperature gauge reads normal. It will not switch to AC. Is this a Thermostat issue?
no this is not a thermo issue the heater controls are bad and need to be replaced ive seen this alot in general motor trucks and cars.thanks and good luck

2001 silverado- I am trying to install factory fog lights in my truck and i installed the button, bought the relay, and installed the lights. I got the wires for the fog lights from the junkyard but am not sure where to put the purple wires in the fuse box. I know from a schematic that the purple wires are supposed to be in the bottom right corner of the relay but I can't find the right spot under the fuse box. Any advice?
