Question about 2003 Volvo S60
You have to release the hand brake as the shoes are inside the disc and remove caliper its a straight forward job have you done it yet

SOURCE: Cant remove rear break disc
The reason is that the the emergency brake drums are on the inside of the disc. It will probably take a lot of force or a rubber malet to get it off!
