Question about 1999 Chrysler 300M
Have you had any problems or service performed on the cooling system lately? If so it sounds like you may have to get the air bleed out of the cooling system. The noise you are hearing is most likely the coolant running thru the heater core. Newer cars are very prone to this and must have their cooling systems bleed properly.
