Your owners manual will lay out all of that for you. The dealer can get you a new manual.

1993 suburban stalls in drive

I have been chasing this issue for a few weeks now, complete tune up, checked for clogged catalytic convertor by dropping Y-pipe, changed, IAC valve, PCV, TPS, EGR valve, checked all hoses for cracks or leaks, fuel filter, removed throttle body cleaned and inspected it fully with all new gaskets as well as fuel pressure regulator, and even swapped out the factory coil with an aftermarket unit that produces 48.000 volts, and I was reading other fix it sites and it was mentioned replace the Distributor, because the pick up coil in my current unit is getting overly heat soaked and saturated, well I figured I did'nt have anything to lose at this point, so I picked one of my racing catalogs and obtained a new Billet Aluminum unit for just under $150.00 and problem solved (woo hoo!) my vehicle has just hit 320,000 miles on it and it runs AMAZING, it's all stock with only a Dynomax 3in. exhaust system for performance and sound since it was time to replace the factory cat back, I hope this helps the next person! When do you perform a tune up and time belt replacement on a manual kia rio 2003 with 78000 miles

check manual i'd say it's time unless its been doe recently the general life of that belt is 60,000mi. if it breaks it could damage your motor internally if you have an interference motor

Not sure if i should wait until 100k miles to get a tune up or do it now at 90k before taking a 1500 mile road trip??

If you perform this service now, you will feel better that during this long trip, nothing will go wrong, however unless there is a current driveability issue, it does not HAVE to be done.

I have a 2000 lincoln navigator and it needs a tune up... How hard is it to perform the tune up

It's easy to do, except the plugs. As far as a tune-up, the only thing i would recommend is new plugs, air filter, fuel filter, clean the throttle body, and run a octane booster through a tank of gas. I prefer not to use a basic injector cleaner so I use a 104 octane booster.

CURRENTLY MILEAGE IS 100K. SHOULD I CHANGE TIMING BELT AND TUNE UP EVEN THO RUNNING O K ?

timing belt is due no more then 90,000. change it before it breaks. will be very mad if it does. change the water pump the same time. tune up later. cost a few hundred to have the 2 changed. if never done one have a shop change it. if not done correctly you will mess up the timing and cause valve damage

Timing belt and routine maintenance

I would get the belt from Mitsubishi because their belt seems to last in your situation.
