You will have to remove the wheels, and brake calipers. Remove the rotors, disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring. From the back side there are three or four blots, remove those and the hub will come out. Good Luck

Is it possible to replace a front wheel bearing at home on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer?

You would be better off replacing the entire hub assembly. Yes, bearings need to be pressed into place and this requires a hydraulic press.

Where are the speed sensors on a 2004 chevy trailblazer?

Assuming that you're talking about the front wheel speed sensors...
Your best bet is to replace both from wheel hub/bearing assemblies.

They'll cost about $100-$150 each.
When the wheel speed sensors are setting ABS codes it usually means that the bearings are bad.
When you replace the whole hub assembly, a new sensor is already installed in that hub. If it just the sensor (unlikely that just the front sensors alone are going bad) the sensor itself is usually 3/4 of the price of a new hub anyway.

I have an 02 chevy trailblazer. The brake makes a strange popping feel when braking hard. Also when backing out of parking or turning corner there is a grab in the wheels

Possibly a bad wheel bearing if so it should be corrected immeadiatly This is a dangerous situation. A quick check is to put the car on the it's jack and check the wheel for any play. A bad wheel bearing will allow the wheel to pitch out of alignment causing the wheel to be cocked in the brake calipers. The popping is the brake rotor popping into place between the calipers. You will also feel a bouncing or lopeing in the front end when turning in reverse.
