Depends on the engine setup. 4 cylinder single exhaust. one upstream o2 before converter. one downstream o2 after converter.
v configures engines will have two upstream. if it has two converters it will have two downstream. one converter only one downstream o2.

Do headers disrupt chevy 350 tbi performance

You might want to do a tail pipe pressure test to be sure your exhaust system is not partly plugged. I am assuming that you pulled the 02 sensor from the exhaust pipes or headers. The headers sound as if they have been on the truck for awhile and are not new to the unit so then I would not think they are causing the problem. But I tell you for sure the plugged exhaust system will.

As vehicle warms up it dies

I've never heard of O2 sensor doing that. Does it run rough before it dies? Does it restart after it quits? Do you see black smoke out the tail pipe before it dies or after it restarts? The O2 sensors look like a spark plug with a wire coming out of the top and screw into the exhaust.

2005 dodge grand caravan 3.8 code P0135 I bought the oxegen senser but Iam wondering if it could be the egr valve needs to be cleaned. what do ya think

P0135 = O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1, sensor 1)

With no other symptoms other than the above code, I would think it was the O2 sensor.

Code poo31 showing and what would be the possible cause and what part to be replaced?

P0031 Oxagen senser heater circuit. The heater circuit can be checked with a test light connected to ground. ( a tast light is an ice pick looking tool with a clear handle with a 12 volt bulb inside and a ware with a clip to connect to grond, the light will light as the tip is touched to anything powered up with 12 volts and sometimes a little more and a wholde lot less) Find the oxagen sensers ( thier screwed into the exhaust pipes) Disconnect the electrial connectors and connect the test light to ground, with the key on test the wires in the plug connect ed the vehical. one of them should light the light, if it does reconect it and test the rest of the sensers, recalling which wire was live. ( most are white or grey but they vary some. If all the sensers have power it's not the power but the senser failed. with an ohm meter test the senser for the wire that was hot to the other wire that is the same color if the sneser is open ( no circuit ) you have found the bad senser. If you can't find power going to any of the sensers. Check the fuse boxes for blown fuses ( check them all with a test light) If you find a blown fuse replace it but go back to the wiring tjat connects to the sensers and you'll find someplace where the wire melted to the exhaust pipes and shorted out, blowing the fuse. The sensers short out too but not very often.

the oxygen sensors are located in the exhaust system. you can miss them just follow the exhaust. their should be one before the catalytic conver and one after. if it's a 6 cylinder there will be 2 before and 2 after

The location of a oxegen sensor for a ford taurus

Not familiar with your car, but all cars have 3 or 4 of them, older cars maybe 2. Located on exhaust manifolds, in the exhaust piping. Which O2 do you need?
