First locate the rubber plugs and remove to reveal bolts holding window to regulator. youll need to move the window up or down till you see them. remove glass. remove latch bolts surrounding latch. they may take 12point torx which you HAVE to use. after removing all bolts around module pull bottom out and towards the inside of car. it takes a little jiggling to work the regulator track away from door shell. once it is out and free you can pull it down untill you gain access to wires and rods that must be disconnected to pull all the way out.

Rear left side window will not open and close

Most likely the motor has died, but it could be the wiring. You will hwve to remove the inner door panel. Then remove the connector from the motor, reconnect the switch, and use a dc voltmeter or test light to check for power in the connector when you turn yhe key on and actuate the switch.

How do i change the power window motor on the drivers door?

Aztek, Rendezvous 2001-2005 Window Systems - Power Windows Removal & Installation
  1. Position the window in the full down position.
  2. Remove the trim panel.
  3. Remove the water deflector.
  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip.
  5. Remove the window weatherstrip.
  6. Loosen the bolts to the clevice clamps.
  7. Remove the window from the outside of the door.
To install:
  1. Position the window between the inner and the outer door panels.
  2. For front window, point the lower front corner of the window down and pass through the belt opening. For rear window, point the lower rear corner of the window down and pass through the belt opening.
  3. Align the edges with the window weatherstrip channel.
NOTE Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
  4. Turn the window to a horizontal position and align the window with the clevice clamps.
  5. Tighten the clevice clamps bolts to 97 inch lbs. (11 Nm).
  6. Install the window weatherstrip.
WARNING Do NOT allow the sealing lips on the outer belt sealing strip to roll over and point downwards. If this condition is present the window will not raise properly.
  7. Install the outer belt sealing strip.
  8. Install the water deflector.
  9. Install the inner trim panel.

Window Motor & Regulator

  1. Remove the door trim panel.
  2. Remove the water deflector.
  3. For rear window, remove the rear speaker.
  4. Disconnect the window from the regulator carrier plate.
  5. Position the window in the full up position and tape it to the window frame.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the window regulator motor.
  7. Loosen the bolts on the window regulator motor.
  8. Loosen the bolts on the window regulator rail.
  9. Remove the window regulator, lifting up and out from the key slots on the door inner panel and through the access hole.
To install:
  1. Install the window regulator bolts half way into the window regulator motor and the rail.
  2. Position the window regulator rail through the access hole first.
  3. Position the window regulator motor through the access hole.
  4. Install the window regulator into the key slots. Attach the regulator to the motor and the rail. Secure the regulator with bolts and tighten the bolts to 97 inch lbs. (11Nm).
  5. Remove the tape and position the window to the regulator carrier plate.
  6. Connect the window to the regulator carrier plate.
  7. Connect the electrical connector to the window regulator motor.
  8. For rear window, install the rear speaker.
  9. Install the water deflector.
  10. Install the trim panel.

Hope helps (remember rated this).

I need to see how to change a window motor in a 1995 Chevy Camaro.

I'm sorry, can't contact with your chat request because I having other question open; I suggest check this proceduro for GM Camaro/Firebird 1993-1998 Repair Guide...

Window Regulator and Regulator Motor
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
(see Figures 1 and 2)
  1. Remove the door trim panel and inner panel water deflector.
  2. Raise the window to half-up position and hold in place by inserting a rubber wedge door stops at the front and rear of the window between window and inner panel.
  3. Remove the rear guide channel and inner panel cam channel.
  4. Punch out the center pins of the regulator rivets; then drill out the rivets using a 1 / 4 in. (6mm) bit.
  5. Move the regulator rearward and disconnect wire harness from the motor (if equipped). Disengage the roller on the regulator lift arm from glass sash channel.
  6. Remove the regulator through the rear access hole.
ebf548d.jpg

Fig. 1: Front door window regulator mounting

CAUTION If electric motor removal from the regulator is required, the sector gear must be locked in position. The regulator lift arm is under tension from the counterbalance spring and could cause personal injury if the sector gear is not locked in position.
  1. Drill a hole through the regulator sector gear and backplate and install a bolt and nut to lock the sector gear in position.
  2. Using a 3 / 16 in. (5mm) bit, drill out the motor attaching rivets and remove the motor from the regulator.
00f7a3c.jpg

Fig. 2: Locking the sector gear on the window regulator motor

To install:

  1. To install the motor to the regulator. Use a rivet tool, J-29022 or equivalent, and install 3 / 16 in. (5mm) rivets or 3 / 16 in. (5mm) nuts and bolts. Remove the bolt and nut used to secure the sector gear in position.
  2. Place the regulator through the rear access hole into the door inner panel. If the electric regulator is being installed, engage the wire connector to motor prior to installing the regulator to the inner panel.
  3. Locate the lift arm roller into the glass sash channel.
  4. Using rivet tool J-29022 or equivalent, rivet the regulator to the inner panel of the door using 1 / 4 in. (6mm) 1 / 2 in. (13mm) aluminum peel type rivets (part No. 9436175 or equivalent). If the rivet tool is not available, use the following nut and bolt method:
    1. Install U-clips on the regulator at the attaching locations. Be sure to install the clips with clinch nuts on the outboard side of the regulator.
    2. Locate the regulator in the door inner panel. If the electric regulator is being installed, connect the wire connector to the regulator motor.
    3. Locate the lift arm roller in the glass sash channel.
    4. Align the regulator with clinch nuts to holes in the inner panel.
    5. Attach the regulator (and motor) to the door inner panel with 1 / 4 -20 x 1 / 2 in. screws (part No. 9419723 or equivalent) into 1 / 4 in. (6mm) nuts with integral washers. Tighten the screw to 90-125 inch lbs. (10-14 Nm) torque.
  5. Install the inner panel cam channel and rear guide channel.
  6. Remove the rubber wedge door stops at the front and rear of the window between window and inner panel.
  7. Install the inner panel water deflector and the door trim panel.

Hope helps (remember rated this).

How do i replace the window motor

This is a common problem with driver side window. Its just a wear and tear problem. Don't go to the dealership, the Regulator will cost you over $230. Go to Amazon.com and search for the part number which should cost you only $70-80 or so. If you go to a glass place they will charge you dealership price plus $150 per hour. I say do it yourself which goes a little something like this.
