Replace you Maf sensor and have a nice day. lol does the hesitation go away when you let off the gas. does it buck hesitate and misfire under load? most common problem is the maf sesnor.
easy to change. don't buy a used part it may develop the same problem after a little while. you can try cleaning the wire inside with brake cleaner (not intake cleaner). it may or may not help.

My 1992 crown vic is not getting any gas to the injectors i think its my fuel pump i dont know how to take the pump off wat can i do and how do i take the pump off

fuel pump is in the gas tank. Have to drop the gas tank. Make sure that u run all tghe gas out before u drop the tank. Also make sure that u mark how the old pump comes out and put back the same way so the float will work. Watch for the wires on the pump that u do not break any of them.

How big is the gas tank on a 1992 ford crown vic. how many miles to the gallon. my gas gauge doesnt work. so i dont know anything about the gas.

1992 Ford Crown Vic 4.6 L V8 Automatic

Fuel tank capacity is 20 gallons (US).

Your fuel consumption will be affected by many factors, such as :
- how you drive the vehicle
- the condition and tune of the motor
- driving conditions (traffic, city use, highway use etc)
- tire pressures
- type and grade of fuel used .

It is impossible for me to estimate what fuel consumption you can expect from your own particular car without a whole lot of information.

It's unwise to run the vehicle for long with no working fuel gauge.

Car does not leak oil does not smoke and has good compression.but uses oil last time checked 1 qt in 500 miles 2005 ford crown vic

Hi:
Often the oil is simply getting past the small seals around the valve stems, and being burnt by the engine. You won't see smoke, because your catalytic converter burns it all up. it will eventually ruin your catalytic converter, so it might be worth fixing, rather than adding oil all the time?
