On all older points system ignitions , there are basically only 6 components. The points, condensor ,flywheel, low volt coil , step up spark plug magneto , and the spark plug.
Many things can go wrong from bad wiring connections , bad spark plugs , failed coils, etc. I have found on dozens of different motors , that the 3 most common are rusted points , rusted magnets inside the flywheel or spark plug leads that have loosened , pulled free, or corroded.
Sand the points with a very small file. Check or set the gap. sand both the flywheel magnets and coil magnets, you should have spark.
If not remove the spark plug lead and re-attach it .
That should fix it.

2000 honda passport got 3 cyclinders firing and 3 not

Check for power at the injector plugs. The injectors are on one power source. No power, broken wire. If you have coil on plugs, do the same. If you have a coil pack, check for spark on the bad side. No spark, replace the coil pack.

2002 honda passport no spark

If the starter is cranking but not starting, your coils have gone bad. They are what plugs into the top of the spark plug. Isuzu Motors/Honda combined the coils to make it simple but in the process made things less reliable. If no sounds are coming at all, not even the chime when you open your door with the key in, replace the battery!

Cannot find spark plug terminals.

It is a coil on plug system. The Red or Red/Striped wire is the control of the primary winding from the ECM. The BLK/ORG wire is the ground side of the primary winding. The BLK/BLU wire is the secondary winding wire.

ONLY USE DENSO SPARK PLUGS IN A 2000 PASSPORT. If you use aftermarket plugs, the crankshaft sensor tends to detect it as a signal to the computer, and for some reason it resets the computer. Seen it happen more than once.

13 ft/lb torque spec by the way.
