There might be some build up at the bottom of your radiator, only solution for that would be a new one.
You usually change the thermostat when you get a new rad, but since you just changed yours, it should still be fine.

additional to all that, you could have a leaky head gasket,cracked head or a plugged rad. do the fans come on when it starts to get hot (a little above half ) ??

What causes 1991 toyota camry to over heat? we put a new radiator in it last year cause the radiator got cracked. but it didnt start overheating til this year. so we changed the thermostat thinking it...


Change the radiator cap, it may be the wrong pressure rating which will cause the coolant to boil at a much lower temperature than designed.

You say you changed the fan relay and the thermostat? when was the last time you had the cooling system flushed? you could have a blockage in your cooling system that could be keeping the coolant from circulating..
