I have 2010 Mini Cooper S Clubman - love the car, hate the Bluetooth! I can hear people totally fine even at high-speed with sunroof open, so no problem with antenna or quality of wireless connection. People on the other end of the call say I sound terrible and often hang up on me as they can't understand me. I have had the dealership completely replace the bluetooth microphone to no avail - they say this is an ongoing problem with this model. Is this the best I can expect from an expensive 3 year old car? If so, what fixes would you recommend - an external, 3rd party microphone and if so which one and how complex is it to bypass the internal Mini microphone and activate an external one?

Should be able to "Pop" case open, case is tightly sealed with o-ring

If you have a new thermostat, then your temp sensor is faulty. If sensor is new, then it is the wiring to sensor or problem with the ECM

The motor gear and the gear railings might be dirty and needs a new lubricant! Sometimes the alignment of the gear railings hampers the movement!
