You have a short in the wiring somewhere. have you tried to pull the connectors off the tail light assemblies? pull both then connect them 1 at a time to see which side is causing the problem, could be as simple as a bulb that has shorted it self out.

99 chrysler 300m my tail lights wont come on but all my other lights work I checked fuses and they are good and the bulbs are also good what could be my problem

Check that the wiring harness that goes to tail lights has a ground wire connected to a good grounding spot - not rusted or loose.

I have replaced the control panel for my heat and a/c on my 2000 chrysler 300m. It keeps blowing the fuse though. Could the front control module be causing this. Also have no back up lights

Back up lights are on a totally seperate circuit...unrelated. What fuse is blowing? The fan fuse or does the entire control assembly shut off?

Where is the lighting control module located on a chrysler 300m?

It's in what Chrysler calls the "junction block". What normal people call the fuse box. The fuse box is located at the driver's end of the instrument panel. You need to open the driver's door to see and remove the cover plate that hides it.

Tail light fuse keeps blowing but breaklight and signals still work. I know there may be a short but can't find it.

you could have a bulb filament shorted to ground inside the lamp,or there could be a wire rubbing and shorting out to ground from dash to tail lamps, also remenber the front park lights are on this circuit so could be up front too

Fuse for instrument & tail lights keep blowing

if its blowing fuses, you have a short(power being touched to ground) Electrical can be hard to trace. Find you a wiring schematic for you vehical and trace each wire, look for loose connections and possible wires melted to each other. Hope this is a help.
