Question about 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Both the airbag and the seat belt light are on in a 2004 jeep cherokee laredo 4x4, is there a fuse for this somewhere that would cause these to come on at the same time?
The issue would not be related to a fuse. There is a fault in the airbag system somewhere, and your airbags are not operational at this time. The issue may be related to the seatbelts, but if you don't understand the airbag system it is best left to a professional. Airbags save lives, but can also be deadly if you don't know what you're doing.

There is a recall on the airbags. They say the light will go on and at any time your airbags could deploy, so get in in to the dealership!
