I have a 1995 Ford Explorer Limited and the high beams work but the low beams and fog lights do not, please help....

These trucks are known for bad multifuction switches.
the switch that i talk of is the signal switch , the handle is the switch, it bolts to side of steering column . this switch controls the signals and the headlights and high /low beams. the other thing is the headlight switch connector, the connector some times goes bad and starts to melt or just comes out of the connector. you will need to remove the cover to steering column, the screws are located under the bottom cover in holes. remove cover and check connector and then test for power if you have power going into switch but not coming out then switch is bad.

the last thing is to make sure the bulbs are good , make sure the headlight bulbs are good , and also the driving light bulbs, test for power at the connectors to those lights to.
You will need to do a little testing to find the problem.

Looking for the low port to recharge my air

A/C low side ports are located on the 'thicker' plumbing vs. the 'thinner' plumbing coming off of the compressor.

Just follow the low side pipes from the compressor to the first low side port. It should also fit a quick connector onthe hose/can combination for r134a. The high pressure side port will not work with the low side hose quick connector.

Hope this helps.

Recharge air conditioner where is the valve located that allows me to recharge the air conditioner

i belive on this year car and make its located under the air filter box, remove the intake hose then the cover for the air filter, remove the filter then remove the lower part of the air box there you will see the filter dryer and the lines coming off the dryer and there will be two fittings to charge the ac system, the smaller fitting is the low side this is the side to charge through, make sure not to overcharge the system and add oil as needed, a good idea is to add dye to the system to help in finding the leak if system goes low again, theres a decal under the hood or on the dryer that tells you how much freon the system can hold. if you under or overcharge the system the air may be cold but future ac damage is for sure, good luck.

I need to add refrigerant to my 95 Camry? I have a can of R134a with a hose and connector, but it says it must be attached to the low pressure side. I see a fitting by the dryer (I think that is what it is...

i think it is r-i34.the way you can find out is when you open the hood, read the stickers that are on the underside of the should tell you there if it is 134 or r-12.if it's r-134.the low pressure hose usually has a blue cap on it and anyways you can't connect the hose to any other fitting because it will only fit on the low side valve.the valve should be located on the passenger side, right by the fire wall,in back of the strut tower.just look for the blue cap.if the cap is not on it,well like i said, you can't mix it up cause it only fits on the low side valve anyways.i hope this information helps you.good luck and take care, manny

Where to locate low pressure port

both of the a/c service ports should be located next to the pass. side strut tower. the low side adapter may be hard to find though. If youcan not find it there, it is possible that the low side port could possibly be at the dryer on the drivers side front up beside the condensor
