I believe, depending on the engine...you have 3 O2 sensors in the exhaust stream. Do NOT go to the Chevy Dealer for repair...instead find a good local mechanic and save approx $150

Look on the exhaust pipe ahead of the catalytic converter you will see it there also where the exhaust hooks to the exhaust manifold there may be one as well. If duel exhaust check both sides of exhaust.

Which motor do you have? i typically go on Autozone.com to help with locating parts. Start a free account, then add a vehicle. i looked on there and with the 3.8l there are 5 different sensors. hope this helps you.

the sensors are on each tire [its part of the valve stem] if warning light is on -one of tires need air also check pressure in the spare tire

Check Engine Light - O2 Sensor - bank 1 running lean


you should have three oxygen sensors on your car, one for each bank of three cylinders; should be towards the Y pipe on each exhaust manifold. Additionally you should have one on the exhaust pipe before the cadilitic converter.
