Spin cycle is very loud, used to be very quiet.

I have had my washing machine for a year, I bought it used. The spin cycle has always been very quiet, in the past week, it has been very loud, and shakes the trailor.

It's not off balance, it's like it is spinning alot faster than it used to and it's very loud when it spins, the shaking is more of vibration.

Wrong site. But I congratulate you on trying to fix it. Most don't. For me..I had 2 wives, eight kids and myself. None of us broke down and couldn't wash dishes. Yes I had several, just never used.

Axles usually make noise when any type of load is placed on them whether it be from turning or accelerating. I know that my daughters went bad just the other day. It was making a horrible clicking noise left rear.

I REPLACED MY FAN CLUTCH AND ITS RUNNING VERY LOUD THE OLD ONE WAS QUIET BUT THE FAN WOULDNT TURN ALL THE TIME

The clutch fan is designed to turn when the engine is hot, when it is cool the clutch releases and the fan does not run at engine speed . This keeps down the noise and engine power drain when it is not needed. It sounds to me like you bought a used clutch fan that is not serviceable as it is always on.If your car was not overheating then the old fan may still be good.

My 95 Lexus es 300 won't start, unless you wiggle the gear shifter. what is the problem?

Cars today are designed to not start unless in park or neutral. Given that there is a sensor that indicates the car is in neutral or park and the sensor is likely mechanical in nature. For example when you open your washing machine top during the spin cycle the drum stops however if you use a screwdrive and push the sensor latch down you can watch the machine spin with the lid open. Based upon the age of the vehicle it's likely the gear shifter has loosened up and does not always seat itself while in park hence the need to jiggle in order to get the sensor to tell the car is in park. Good luck, hope this helps!

My washing machine wont wash. It will fill with water and drain in spin cycle. Someone help me! Could it be the belt?

It sounds like your "Agitator" or "spinner" is not working. It is hard to say without more details.

Here's a tip anyways:

Get a small socket set, and pull out your washer. Either on the back or the front of the machine (usually the back), there will be 6 to 12 small nuts and bolts that can be removed to pull the cover from the washer.

Once you have the cover off, run the machine and watch it. You will notice where the problem is if you keep your eyes open for it. Try setting it to "spin" to see if it spins. If it does, then go through the cycles until you notice what your washer is not doing.

**Warning** Although washers are fairly easy to work on, there are moving parts and wires in there, so please be careful with your hands**

:)

it might a problem with the fan clutch assy see if the fans turns freely when the engine is off or if it seems tight usually when you start the vehicle the fan is loud but then it should quiet down
