Usually a flashing blue light is from an aftermarket installed alarm system or remote starter.
You may want to check your owners manual if the light is in the mirror glass.

your owners manual can help you.it has information to reset oil service light.

The Green one on the rearview sounds like an autodimmer. (tints the rearview mirror from bright headlights behind you) & the Red one on the dash could be an alarm warning light

Is it the old style key? if so does the red light flash on it when you press the unlock/lock buttons?

does the red on the dash or under the rear view mirror flash?

Might need pliers as the seal may be stuck. Take a rag so you dont ruin the handle of it, put pliers on and turn lightly.

Point remote at mirror
Press lock/unlock button twice

Within 30 seconds turn ignition to position 2
Should reset if you have no other problems with immobilizer

Most likely the switch or the fan motor it self.

1. Press and hold the two outside garage opener buttons located on rear view mirror until the red LED light blinks (could be 20 sec.)
2. Press and hold the middle button on the rear view mirror while holding a garage door remote 1-3 inches away from the mirror and pressing the remote button. Do this until the blinking LED gets noticeably faster.
3. Once programmed - use the garage door opener on the mirror thru 3 cycles or more to verify.
