I have a 2000 hyundai sonata v6 and my air conditionr pulley is going, is there a way to bypass that pulley instead of getting it fixed? i cant afford it right now thank you!

Not really, because if you tried to do anything other then let the electro magnet engage the clutch, then the AC would be pumping all the time, and that would cost you more in gasoline than fixing the clutch.

But here is a link on where to get an AC clutch for $68, from Born-Again Air Corporation, in Midlothian Texas. (Cost, $68.00 US).
And how to do the fix.
But you will need to buy a few tools as well.

The horn works intermittantly. At the moment it does not work. It doesn't appear to be a fuse issue. Also, where is the horn located under the hood?

What is the make and model and itermittent problems are electrical issues. Usually with a horn it will be the contacts in the steering wheel. All vehicles with air bags have clocksprings. The are part of the restraint system and a majority of them contain the horn contacts built in them also. If it is not there then it will be a damaged wire or simply a failing horn.

What is the device on a 302 5.0 1984 ford ltd crown vic it is located lower left on engine and is belt driven under the air conditionr pump

For a while in the early days of pollution control there used to be an air pump which forced air into the side of the catalytic converter in order to lower the percentage of bad stuff in the total output of the exhaust. Perhaps that is what you are looking at. Most were disconnected almost immediately but no later than the first replacement of the converter.

Try purchasing a new blower. There arent that expensive. If it comes on and off, the brushes inside the blower are bad, and you need to replace the blower. Or you may have some kind of constriction in your HVAC system which would cause you to hear the blower coming on, and no air being produced through your vents. Or another possibiilty could be that you have something under your dash constricting the blower from getting air to move through your vents, or maybe your filter needs to be changed. There is a filter on your blower. It may just be very filthy preventing any air from coming through. If you are trying to avoid buying a new blower I would suggest not running it again until you find the problem (more than likely one of the ones I listed) that could be causing you not getting any air to push through your vents. Hope this helps you.
