No you don't, its easier on a lift to see it, but if you are laying on the ground, take pictures so you can come up for air and look at the job ! Also please put horses under the truck not just a jack. Believe it or not I have seen a lot of good mechanics go to heaven because the vechile fell on them . I wouldn't want to see any more go that way. I have used real strong horses since I was 11. My father taught me well, and if I ever went under without them he would have sent me to heaven another way. Just looking out for you, okay champ !! Frankie

Suggest that the engine was overloaded during the incline with the float. At low speeds the cooling is only through the electric fans at the radiator.

Check the user manual for trailer weight limitations. If the vehicle is not equipped with a heavy duty trailer package the transmission may also have overheated during the grade.

The car was likely behaving normally in that any Land Cruiser (equipped as yours) that was connected would have that same result because the load was above the design limits.

Caution in overloading because permanent damage to the drive train engine can occur.

Suggest using a vehicle (ie. Ford 250 truck) qualified to pull a double horse trailer.

What kind of vehicle is it? Check your owners manual, it should tell you in there what the warning lights mean. I have never seen a horse on my dashboard, but my truck is a '03.

Some cars don't have a transmission oil dipstick. You are just supposed to replace the transmission fluid at how many miles the manual tells you.Check the manual to see when the transmission fluid needs to be replaced.

You will need to fix the exhaust leak first, this may be the only problem but check the ignition timing as well, as it may have been bumped during cad installation,or may not have been timed correctly if points were one of the new parts mentioned. and may explain the lack of power.

The fuse used for the wiper motor is located in the power distribution box which is located under the hood in the engine compartment.
The fuse is a 30amp cartridge type in position 20.
