Either the injector itself is bad, or, wiring between the computer and injector has a problem. Far less likely, but computer itself may not be sending a pulse to that injector and in that case it needs to be changed. I'm not there, so that's all I can give you. You need to do the rest.

Fuel pressure sensor function

I don't see a question here. If you are asking what a fuel pressure sensor is for, most cars don't have one. instead they rely on a regulator to keep correct pressure to the injectors. If your car has one, I would guess it is performing a similar function.

Check continuity between the injectors and the ECM. if it's more than 5 ohms, repair the wires.

Mystique problem/2000 mystique

the function of a fuel regulator is to maintain sufficient pressure in the manifold for the correct operation of the injectors . Fuel pumps being gear driven pumps will produce excessive pressure that will overcome the injector settings and flood out the engine . Therefore when the fuel pressure reaches a pre-set value the regulator opens and lets excess fuel flow back to the tank. It is normally located in the fuel manifold either in the end or on the side and some have a vacuum hose attached to them

Get fire up to the injectors on my 95 camaro but it wont crank turns over but wont crank

All "crank, no start" conditions are approached in the same way. Every engine requires certain functions to be able to run. Some of these functions rely on specific components to work and some components are part of more than one function so it is important to see the whole picture to be able to conclude anything about what may have failed. Also, these functions can ONLY be tested during the failure. Any other time and they will simply test good because the problem isn't present at the moment.
If you approach this in any other way, you are merely guessing and that only serves to replace unnecessary parts and wastes money.

Every engine requires spark, fuel and compression to run. That's what we have to look for.

These are the basics that need to be tested and will give us the info required to isolate a cause.

1) Test for spark at the plug end of the wire using a spark tester. If none found, check for power supply on the + terminal of the coil with the key on.

2) Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.

3) Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off.

4) If all of these things check good, then you would need to do a complete compression test.

Once you have determined which of these functions has dropped out,
you will know which system is having the problem.

Fiat palio 1.2 16 valve does not rev up until you block the return fuel line. the fuel pump has been replaced because it was showing signs of fuel starvation. the fuel regulator was also checked and is...

Did you clean your injectors lately this sounds lick a pressure problem and injectors will not function unless they get the proper pressure or due to your former problem you may need to have a sensor reprogramed

purchase a fuel pressure tester and screw it on to the fuel rail schrader valve access point turn key on there should be 30 - 40 lbs. of pressure present if not either the fuel pressure regulator is bad ( located near fuel rail) or the fuel pump has become weak.
