I have a 1997 3 Series BMW and the air conditioning is not working well at all. the air seems cool enough, but the flow coming from the vents is very minimal. The manual says to change the charcoal filter periodically, the car hasn't been serviced for a couple of years so I suspect that is what it needs. Can you tell me where to locate the filter and how to change it? Thanks
