Where is the washer fluid motor on a 1997 grand prix

The washer fluid pump is located on the side or bottom of the washer fluid tank. Removing the tank may be required to get to the pump. It just pops in or out of the rubber seal after removing the connector and hose. Any parts store should have a new one...$15 to $20 bucks.

WHERE IS BLOWER MOTOR FOR 2002 GRAND PRIX PONTIAC I ONLY HAVE THE HIGH SPEED #5 WORKING. ALSO IS THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SOLUTION MOTOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RESERVOIR BOTTLE, I CANT GET ANY SOULUTION TO...

Not super familiar with this model, but here's what I know:
Usually when only the high speed (#5 like you said) works, you need a blower motor resitor. That is usually located under the passenger side dash, under the glove box.
The washer fluid pump is sometimes located under the hood, close to the winsheild, sometimes mounted on the firewall.
Hope this helps!

Wipers stop straight up , is it a bad motor

There should be a small black cover on the front of your wiper motor, held on by, i think, one screw. Remove the cover and you'll find a circuit board. That's all you need to replace.

Repolacement fuse?

The fuse to your washer pump is shared with the wipers themselves. If your wipers work, then your pump should. I just had the same problem. You can replace the washer pump for $20. It's located behind the front passenger's side wheel well. Just remove the passenger wheel and wheel well covering to access the washer tank, and the motor. The pump pulls off, after removing the electrical plug and fluid line. When you pull the old pump out, the washer fluid will gush out. If you want to save any of this fluid, you may want to find a cloth or something to stop the flow. The new pumps snaps in quit easily.

Blower motor goes out every so often? Design flaw connected to the wiper motor???

could be that when it rains or is wet out that water is leaking into your car under the hood under the vent by the windshield wipers on the passenger side and instead of being filtered out its going into the car on the passenger side floor. (check to see if this is wet after a heavy rainfall) and causing a short and rusting it out. this happened with my 2002 grand prix just this year. I got a water resistor for like $3.50 from a local pontiac dealership/parts store and put it in. Its easy to install and it poured out today and my car didnt leak at all.
