Question about 1984 Toyota Corolla

1 Answer

I have water coming through from behind /under the

1984 Toyota Corolla 4 door liftback. I have water coming through from behind /under the dash on both sides i.e driver and passenger sides. in fairly heavy rain. It appears to be leaking through the drain-holes in front of the windscreen. Can these be sealed up? What problems might emerge. Would the water find an alternative save exit? Thanks! Jeremy

1984 Corolla - i hate to say it but if you get the screen removed you will probably find A LOT of rust on the aperture - only solution is a bodyshop to repair and not cheap either!

Can't locate fuse panel for 2003 Toyota Corolla CE under steering wheel. The Car Radio, Clock and Lighter are not working.

Fuse panel is located at the left end of the dash behind a door. The fuse you need to check is marked CIG and is a 15A fuse.

I have a 1984 Toyota Corolla. How are and where do I change fuses?

fuse box should be just under the dash on the drivers side, just above the brake or clutch pedal.....and if the fuse is bad then the little metal tab that runs from one end to the other will be burnt in half ( somtimes they turn black from getting burnt.) replace with same amp ( 5,10,15,20,25,30,ect.)

We have a 19954 toyota corolla and need to find

THE drain holes on your car are to the right and left of the grill under the screen and comes out either under bonnet or behind the front wheel on inside of gaurd a small rubber hose and could be blocked with dirt or mud
When you find it put water hose and blow it back up to the screen (not down) also your heater gets its air from the same grill and if to much water fills up in it the heater could also get water in it

2005 Toyota Corolla - car smells after rains

Look under the passenger side of the dash, behind the carpet. Feel the back side of the carpet for dampness. If so, try this: In the same area, look for a black rubber hose that comes from the heater plastic box, and pokes thru the firewall. See if it is plugged up. This is the drain pipe for the AC box, and the cowl panel if the side drains are plugged up. Try that, and please get back to me.
