Hi..
your lights switch is bad
Best guess, Light Switch needs replacement.

Or else try this solution
check fuse # 17 to see if it's blowed if so check the wire next to the back bumper and see if it's have a trailer hook-up put in if so unplug the hook-up and replug in the tail lights and replace the fuse and try that..

thank u

it sounds as though you got a junk switch. This is what I was wanting you to test. I also wanted to verify that you have voltage to the headlight switch.

    hi..

First place I would look is the taillights. Take both off and unplug all the wires on the back of the lights. Then put a fuse in and see if the dash lights work without blowing the fuse.

If it does then start plugging the taillights in one plug at a time. Until the fuse blows. I bet you will find it . They have trouble with the back part of the light ( the part the bulbs go in) They rust and short out. If that's the case you can get those at auto parts store or dealer. Might consider replacing both side if one is bad or check the other one.. Good Luck.............

    thank u

If the tail lights and the dash lights stopped working and the tail light and the panel lighting fuses are both o.k. and you can find no other blown fuses then the problem is most likely the headlight switch.

Try removing the bulbs from the rear tail lights you have one 2 bulb system shorting out, so one at a time remove the bulbs then replace the fuse and see which one is bad or just buy new bulbs and replace, also could be front running light blinker light. But sounds like brake light to ground threw bulb.
