Question about 1992 Buick Park Avenue
My 1992 buick park avenue has a new battery and everything electrical is working but it won't turn when i turn the ignition. My car has been sittitng for about 3 weeks to a month but was running and starting up fine before that. what could be the problem?

It could be the starter or starter solenoid. Using a voltmeter, see if you have power, 12 volts DC, at the starter battery connection (larger cable) . Also, with the key in start mode (yes it may take 2 people) see if you have 12 volts dc at the starter solenoid (smaller wire) . Verify that you have clean battery connections. Check fuses inside and under hood.
