Question about 1990 Suzuki Samurai
I need to repair my suzuki f6a engine. I want to do it myself but i dont have a engine manual. The car model isn't in your list anyway because i have this mini van. It's suzuki carry mini van. I just selected Samurai to continue my posting. Is there anyone who can help me out with this concern? Thanks...
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

unless seriously damaged...you can have your radiator rodded and cored...usually carrying a better or equal warranty to new and costing much less...contact a good radiator shop in your area

Before doing anything else . Check the idle air control valve. It is located at the hole in the fuel system side. It can be removed and cleaned. Or spray cleaned using carb cleaner. After removing the air duct work. With the engine on and running at 1200 rpms or so, spray cleaner directly at some holes in the sides of the hole going to the fuel system. turn off engine and let the cleaner soak into the valve.Repeat process. If that is not the problem. it may be the Idle position sensor, (IPS) it is located near the fuel systen with a plug of a few wires. remove the plug and replace the sensor.

The haynes book is not recommended since there are numerous mistakes and they still will not update. One of the biggest is the firing order.
The factory service manual is the only way to go.
Head bolts - 46 - 50.5 lbs (there is an order sequence for the bolts)
Intake & exhuast manifolds- 13.5 - 20 lbs
Flywheel - 41.5 - 47 lbs
Clutch cover - 13.5 - 20 lbs

Car 1994 Suzuki Vitara (Sidekick), 3 door, carburetor, petrol.
I need a hose diagram for the carburetor. The person who owned it before made a mess of the system so its not throttling steadily. Hoses are blocked off and I suspect hoses re routed.
Help me please!
