Question about 1989 Isuzu Trooper
I went mudding in my 1989 isuzu trooper and got it stuck its a manual transmission and my cousin and i tried to get it out but it wouldnt crawl out so i think that when we shut it off and then when we started it back up water and mud might have gotton sucked up in the exhaust and someone told me that to clear all the moisture out i should spray WD40 in the distribtor cap along with a tune up(my plugs caps and wires) and i wasnt sure where the distributor cap was.....this is my only vehicle and it runs horrible right now and it struggles to get past 2000 RPMs and it also has a huge miss in it
The distributor cap is on the top of the distributor. the distributor is located on the side of the engine and it is where the spar kplug wires are attached. take the cap off of the top and then you can go ahead and clean it.
