Test the coil pack that feeds those wires. Be sure it is mounted tight.Check ground wires and supply wires to the packs.

Possible cylinder misfire. Is the check engine light on/flashing? If so have the codes scanned to determine the source of the problem

Misfire no code found could faulty fuel cap be the problem

The short answer is no.
A missfire would be a drop in RPM for one cylinder. Usually fuel, spark, or compression is the cause. Could also be a transmission issue.
A faulty gas cap should also set a code since the computer would not be able to vent the tank correctly.

2002 saturn vue cylinder 1,3,5 misfiring when swapped coil pack it went away now cyl 2,6 misfiring.

having PO 304 = Misfire cylinder 4,PO 306 = Misfire cylinder 6, as I read above you have done the most. The thing that you have missed is to check whether the Catalytic Converter is faulty or not. To get an idea check whether you have a smell like rotten eggs at the end of the exhaust, you start having problems with cat and needs replacement. My advice before you go for a cat replacement is good to visit an MOT center and check your emissions and then you decide,

2003 SATURN VUE SERIVE ENGINE SOON LIGHT IS BLINKING ON AND OFF RAN THE OBDII READER AND CODE P0304 CYLINDER MISFIRE CAME UP I CHANGE SPARK PLUGS AND BOOTS BUT CAR STILL DRIVES ROUGH SHAKES AND WHEN PARKED...

The P0304 indicates the #4 cylinder is misfiring. The flashing light means the cylinder is not firing at all...It could be several things causeing it, coil, wires, plug, injector or vacuum leak. Do not drive your vehicle until you have this repaired, as it will lead to further more costly problems. Good luck, i hope this helps.

My 03 saturn vue is mis fireing. I replaced the spark plugs and coil pack. The promlem is still there

The first thing i would do is to make sure theres compression in the cylinder thats misfiring, if the compression is good then remove the control module and have it tested, lots of autopart stores will test the module, napa auto parts does testing, if that tests good then take a look at the injector and the connector, make sure the wiring to the injector is good, if thats good then i would swap injectors with another cylinder and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder, if it moves then you know its an injector. if the compression is low then i would do a decarbonizing with a motor vac machine, this cleans the pistons , valves and the injectors, hope this helps.

Missfire #1

Might be a sticking valve. If they stick, then they usually do it when the engine is cold. Hook up a vacuum gauge, then start the engine cold: if the needle bounces during the misfire, then suspect an intake valve is sticking.
