First start with basics check your fuses related to fuel and or injectors and make sure you have voltage. Next check your crank sensor sometimes when the sensor goes bad the computer doesn't know you are trying to start the engine because the signal the sensor is supposed to put out to the computer isn't there due to a faulty sensor once the computer senses the signal from the crank sensor then it will send a command to the injectors to start pulsating gas let me know how it turns out for you thanks.

check in trunk for a fuel cut out switch, it shuts down fuel flow in case of an accident

There should always be power at the injectors as long as the fuel pump is on. The fuel injection ECU provides a ground to the injectors to turn them on.
You most likely have a bad fuel injection ECU. This is a very common failure on 88,89 and 90 SAABs.

Disconnect your fuel filter and turn the key on. If it shoots gas several feet away, then the start cycle on the fuel pump is probably good. if not, then get a new fuel pump. If it's good, then the problem will be in your fuel regulator, or injectors.
