If just the mirror pop it in. use a little grease on the slots so it slips in. if replacing whole mirror assembly take off the small triangular plastic inside the door. pull from top edge it should pop out. take off 3 nuts. if the plug for the mirror is inside the door panel then you have to remove the whole door panel.

they are usually held in by two #10 metric nuts located under the black plastic shield on the inside of the door... I am not sure if the door panel must come off to get the plastic plate off the backside of the mirror or if the plastic shield(plate, cover, etc.) can be lifted off with a pry motion from a screw driver) hope this helps.

To remove mirror pry off inside triangle panel(black) which exposes 3 nuts which are removed with socket wrench. Detach wire harness and pull out mirror assembly. To replace insert new mirror screws thru assigned holes and reconnect wire harness and tighten nuts to snug. Push inside triangle panel back into place and you're done! It's that easy.

Heated mirrors usually have a symbol on them -- a small diagram showing squigley heat lines.

If you don't see this, it's probably not heated. But when you take the mirror off, if it's heated it'll have wires connected to the back.

Yes, you can replace a heated mirror with non-heated -- just leave the wires tucked out of the way when you install the new mirror.

Pull off the triangular trim panel that is right behind the mirror. It is held on by 2 clips. This will allow you to see all three 10 mm bolts to remove the mirror.

I need to replace the mirror glass on a 1994 camry driver side p

Start with a good thick pair of leather gloves, a putty knife, and a tall trash can. Place the trash can below the mirror, tilt the mirror inward so you get a hold of the outer edge, and carefully pry the remaining pieces of mirror from the backing plate. Do not apply any pressure directly to the backing plate, or you may damage the gears on the electric motor. You should be able to pick up a new mirror and adhesive at your local auto parts store. Use masking tape and a couple of wood blocks to hold the glass in place while the adhesive sets (blocks against the glass, then wrap the whole thing in tape).

Need to replace driver side mirror for Camry 2002, Power mirror

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door
