Question about 2002 Mitsubishi Galant
The blower resister is burned out. This is located in the ductwork behind the glove compartment. You need to get a new resistor, then remove the glove compartment box. All you need to fix the problem is a box end wrench. A 10-mm wrench will do.
However, check the blower motor fuse first, this may also be bad.
