Question about 2002 Ford Explorer
Actually you do not pull off the headlight. Pop the hood and look behind the headlight and the bulb will twist in and out. You may have to remove battery to get to one of them. Also, be very careful not to touch the replacement bulbs, if you do as soon as you turn them on they will burn out again. The oils in your skin cause the bulbs to get too hot and burn out.
