The front passenger window should go all the way down into the door. The rear windows usually go down half way because of the design of the window tracks.

My driver side window wiper works but passage side doesnt and I figure if one works it must not be the motor. I replaced my back lights on passage side and only the break light works but not my turn signal...

If you have only 1 motor controlling your wipers, then something is broken somewhere inside your motor. Since when the motor turns it uses the same gear to move both wipers. Maybe the rod came apart in the motor or broke. Can't say for sure because I don't know your exact set up but 1 motor means you narrowed it down to 1 place. Good luck.

Ok the problem wath i have is because the windows does wantto get down or up and some their change a couple tiomes the fuse so i dont know it is because those are to small or whats wrong

check that you have the right fuse first, then check using the passanger door switch if the passager window does up and down using that switch, if its ok than you have a problem with driver door with switch, if all doors switches are acting the same than you have a problem it the control unit located inside the drivers door ( its the one with the large loom of cables attached to it. hope this helps ( Rate my answer thanx )

Passenger window doesn't go up, it only goes down.

Unfortunately, this is a hit or miss problem with your generation of Taurus window motors. I am assuming it is Power windows. If it is not Power windows it could have come of track and/or hit a snag. To get a better look you will need to remove the door panel by the screws in the door handle,etc.. and clips around the frame of the door panel. Once removed, there will be a a few places to see what is actually happening when you try to roll the window up.. If it is power windows the true work is rolling UP the window,as gravity is what rolls it down. If you SEE the motor spinning but the window is stationary, you have a snag. If it isnt spinning you can get a new motor from a dealer or even a junkyard. If it is Manual windows.. You SHOULD HOPEFULLY see where and how the window is catching and not rolling up.. hope this helps and good luck!
