It is all about power and warranty, you can get a higher amperage batttery which will turn the engine over a bit quicker and handle the loads easier you can get a 1 year warranty or a 3 year warranty.
If you are keeping the car 3 years it is worth going for the 3 year warranty
If the car is used a lot in winter conditions when there is a large drain on the battery it is worth getting one with more power.
