What does odb 2 code c2102 mean - 2006 Jeep Liberty

The 1998 IH uses an ODB-2 reader, which plugs into the socket directly below your steering column. Plug the ODB reader into the socket, start the vehicle, and stored codes will begin to read out.

Code 16

Charging system voltage was either below 9 volts or above 17 volts for 10 seconds. System High Voltage If the voltage is above 17.1 volts for more than 2 seconds, the Service Engine Soon light will illuminate. Have the charging system checked.

Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Circuit
Code means that the TCC solenoids is bad and usualy appears with the ODB Code P0740.

Check it.

The difference between the two is,
P0345--- there's a problem in the camshaft position sensor "A" circuit on bank 2,
P0349--- it's an intermitten problem in the camshaft position sensor "A" circuit on bank 2, which means the problem comes and goes.

Code 42 (I couldnt find what that converted to in normal ODB-II codes) is the code for an open or shorted circuit in the fuel pump relay circuit.

Code 55 just means end of codes. Code 55 just tells you it has reached the end of the report, so basically the only engine code you have is 42.
