Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
Check the fuel pump & pressure. The pressure should be 35 psi & shouldn't drop with the key off. If it does, replace the pump.

Replace the Cam Position Sensor and Crank Position Sensor. I had the same problem at that fixed mine.
