Nissan Tiida 2007 model vehicle problem the abs kicks in but no light on the dash. It would kick in while stopping at a stop street or anywhere but intermittently. Brake discs/pads tyres replaced.

try bleeding lines, that can happen with air bubble in check valve, some check valves have a bleeder on them, if not set emergency break on rear it will push fluid back to master cyclinder, for front wheels collapes calipers to push fluid back. first look at mater cyclinder if tilted up you may need to lift front or back to level cyclinder before starting. Have used a baby nose cleaner to remove air bubble from master cyclinder be sure engage break padel when pulling fluid from master cyclinder

2006 toyota tundra sr5 crew cab 4x4 losing brake fluid in the booster ? What do I replace there seems to be some kinda control valve maybe for the abs in between the master cyclinder and the brake booster...

Take Off Nuts That Hold Master Cylinder To Booster. Pull Master Cylinder Away From Booster--Do Not Damage Lines--Feel With Finger At Rear Of Master Cylinder For Fluid--If Found Replace Master Cylinder And Booster With Total Unit Combo For Better Warranty. DO NOT FOOT BLEED--Pressure Bleed Or Gravity Bleed Only.

Why do brakes go to floor but still have light pressure?

It sounds like you have air in your brake lines. This is usually caused by a very low brake fluid in the master cyclinder.
To fix this problem fill up the master cyclinder with brake fluid and bleed the front wheel brake cyclinders until the air bubbles are removed. Keep the master cyclinder topped up with brake fluid. Then bleed the rear wheel brake cyclinders until the air bubbles are removed. Don't forget to top up the brake fluid in the master cyclinder.

Hi, My 1990 Nissan Pulsar will not move into gear. When I try to put it into reverse or any gear it grinds loudly? Thankyou Alison

Try putting it in gear with the engine turned off. If you can and then push the clutch in and start it and drive away Ok The clutch may have been stuck. What's more likly is the clutch master cyclinder has run out of break fluild ( it's next to the break master cyclinder but smaller) It needs to be full of break fluild and ussally (DOT 3) . If it's low top it off with clean fluid and pump the clutch pedel alot to get it working again then go back under the hood and llok to see there it's leaking at. Look int the floor as the peals rod comes into the car to connect to the pedal. If it's coming out ther it'll need and new clutch master cyclinder ( they fail alot) and or on the side oif the transmissin there the lines from the master connects to the clutch slave cylinder its leakingf and it can be replaced too ( common , even more common then the master going bad ) Most shops require if their going to fix the car to change them both.

How to air bleeding in break system by step by

you need two persons
open the bleeder screw on the wheel that is furthest from the master cylinder and do the nearest last.
have a person pump on the brake pedal and hold firm while you open the screw, then close it before tell the person pump again
repeat until you see no more air come out
make sure you fill up the master cylinder, do not let it run out of fluid
