For normal service, the belts should be changed every 30k (as per what Toyota recommends) the timing belt should be replaced every 92k (if required some are chain driven still). The different belts and everything like that you should replace belts that are frayed, torn, weak, cracked, or broken as needed.

the seatbelt retractor unit will have to be replaced.

There is a drain hose that runns down the frt windshield pillar. the garnish should pop off and follow the hose. removing the headliner is a little more difficult. to see the hose connection to the sunroof housing.

you should be able to turn the pully to get to the bolt with a swivel and ratchet to remove the pully you need a pully remover and can be rented at schucks or autozone,

Locate the idler pulley. Loosen the nut in the center of the idler pulley. Then loosen the bolt that protrudes from the back of the pulley. This will let the belt go slack.

You have to actually unbolt the belt holder behind the seat. Then from there you can check to see if the spring still works. You'll probably have to take the cap off it, wind the spring-load, then put the cap back on. If you can get to it, it's not too difficult. I recommend another pair of hands to help hold if they're available. You'll also want to make sure you've rolled the belt up as much as possible before before you coil the spring-load.

the pump is connected to the cam belt and is very tricky you could do a lot of damage if you set the timing wrong. when is the timing belt due for changing it would be done then or get it done now and save money incase you run out of water and blow your head gasket
