Engine runs rough after driving about 15 minutes

It sounds like you need a good tune-up, such as spark plugs and/or wires. They will act up when cold and when warmed by engine temperature will let the engine run smoothly again. And possibly a distributor cap/rotor.

run fault codes to check for failing cam/crank position sensor

If plug is fouled, it is getting gas. Check for spark on #2. If spark is good, check compression.

Have a pressure bleed down test run on the fuel pump, that is the most common problem that causes this condition.

Engine stalling and rough run issue at low speeds

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

check the engine temperature sensor.

get a couple bottles of gas line antifreeze .. if you don't already use it and add it to the gas.

The first thing you need is to have the unit scanned. Check things like the baro sensor,map sensor,coolant temp. and the TP sensor.Also check your fuel pressure,volume and injector spray pattern.
