Question about 2001 Honda CR-V
Does it have a 2.8? There is a bulletin pertaining to updated ECM if the number is the same as bulletin. Now that is if the basic tune-up parts are good. What those codes are telling you is, that cylinders 4,5 & #6 are misfiring. So if it is over 100,000 miles, I would have a tune-up done first, because an ECM will be expensive.
