Our 4x4 Dodge ram 1500 is running rough after we replaced a busted radiator. It gave out code p304 and p2503. My husband took off all the coils and battery connections and cleaned them and dried them.

P0304 Code Cylinder 4 Misfire
The p2503 code is - charging system low output. If the engine ran ok before the radiator blew, then components and wire are probably still wet or moist. Especially with cylinder #4 , take off spark plug wire from spark and from coil and dry out the inside of the boots. Also, try blowing the alternator dry with a hair drier.

OBD-11 PO430

P0430 is a bank two catalyst efficiency. On this vehicle bank two is the manifold that is in the front of the car by the radiator. The catalytic converter in the manifold is most likely bad. You will need an exhaust manifold to repair the issue. If the problem got bad enough that CAT would have melted out and clogged your Main CAT. If that was the case the vehicle would have little or no power under acceleration.

Whet is the differential oil

If you mean what is the weight, most cars use 90 weight. If you have a limited slip differential, you would also need a bottle of additive or buy the oil with the additive in it.

I have a 2005 dodge grand caravan. The battery light came on so I had the battery checked and it checked out ok. The alternator is relatively new (8 months). It has now develope a miss in the engine. We...

The code P2503 is Charging system voltage is low

Take a Muti meter and check the voltage output of the alternator Put the red lead on the red wire of the alternator and the black lead on the negative side of the battery and then start the engine. The voltage should read between 13.9 - 14.2 volts if it does not then you have a bad alternator or voltage regulator. Either way you have to replace the alternator because the voltage regulator is built in to the alternator. It does not matter if it is only 8 months old some times you can get bad parts. Hope fully you kept the receipt for the alternator because being only 8 months old it would be covered under a parts warraty which is usually at least 1 year on alternators. If you had a garage replace it then take it back to them they should replace it under warranty and it should not cost you a dime for labour either since they installed the first one. If you can't check the output voltage yourself take it to Autozone or Partsource they usually do this test on alternators for free.

Need to know what p0622 and p2503 diagnostic codes are. is this my battery? this is on an 2005 grand caravan

Sounds more like an alternator problem. Check output voltage of alternator, code P2503 indicates low voltage. Check/clean all connections at battery and alternator, as well as check all fuses/relays under hood in fuse relay box, just in case fuse blown as well. If all checks out good, you may need a new alternator.

My light came on, took it too a local garage as I had no loss of power or anything. codes P0037 P1532 P2503 what do these mean

P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2) (One of your oxygen sensor heaters is failing)
P1532 IMCC B: Circuit Malfunction (This is a code related to one of the two intake tuning valves (the bottom one) either the valve or the wiring could be at fault
P2503 Charging System Voltage Low

I'd get that checked to see which of these codes are currently "active" or still happening. Some of these might be inactive and I wouldn't worry about them until they come active again (if they ever do)

Except for the P2503, which could indicate a failing battery or alternator, and could eventually leave you stranded, the other two codes are pretty harmless in themselves. The oxygen sensor heater is used when the exhaust system is cold to fine tune the air/fuel ratio in the engine, and the intake tuning valves are pretty much used for the same reason (air/fuel ratio fine tuning). The worst case scenario for those is a lack of power and/or fuel economy...
