Driver side floor board gets hot like the heater is on, anyone else have this problem?

Have someone check the temp of the catalitic converter. Its prob getting to hot.

    I have the same problem with my Suzuki Garnd Vitara 2006. It gets so hot that my Board melts down

You have a bad heater core, allowing coolant to spill into floor. You can temporarily bypass, but unit will need replaced.

Heater no hot air


Your thermostat could be staying open,not letting the coolant to get hot,or your heater core is bad,usually leaking by driver side floor board.

Heater don't get hot ,one hose gets hot ,but not the other


more thank likely if your heat isnt getting hot then your heater core is going out. i have a 98 durango and just had to have the heater core replaced because it was blowing cool air.

do you notice the smell of antifreeze? is the passenger side floor board wet?

Heat is not getting hot Installed a new Thermostat but that was not the problem.What could it be?


Heater core - located underneath your dash board on the passengers side. 'can be a major pain to replace it'.
Possibly a radiator issue also. Are you finding any leaks from the car on the floor of green fluid/antifreeze?

the ac drain is clogged up,so it does not drain outside,check pass.side-pull carpet away from fire wall and padding should be wet
