Yoy mave have failed hub bearings...they generally get subsequently damaged when you get a slight hit from the side of wheel like hitting curb or something

My front passenger wheel makes a rubbing noise at 50 mph

You just need to have a mechanic or someone look at the front end. Has it been happening long enough to cause any odd tire wear on the tire? If the front end alignment is off, you could certainly get a lot more road noise, but even a badly worn tire would cause some noise.
If the tire is actually rubbing against something, and you hear it at 50 mph, that seems to indicate badly worn suspension parts- like ball joints or struts...so you should consider a good front end alignment shop and tell them the condition. They can check the tires and the front end as well. A reputable shop would check all that anyway, to make sure that the alignment job will actually keep the front end true.

Low pitch whirring sound coming from front end when above 30 mph

It could be that you have a front wheel bearing that is getting noisy. Have someone ride in the RF seat and listen to the noise to try to figure out which front wheel the noise is coming from.
Also , check the tread pattern of the front tires to see if it has some unusual choppy pattern forming.

My 2002 SC2 is making loud, whirring, almost clunking noise front right when I step on brakes, slow down, or turn. Just had front ends replace and that didn't fix the problem. What else could it be?

a whirring noise is most likley a wheel bearing. The fact that you can make it louder by placing more weight on the that side by turning confirms this. Not sure what you mean by having the front end replaced since this term doesnt apply to this condition.

Whirring noise - Saturn VUE

Greg,
Sounds like wheel bearing issues. I've had my front wheel bearings replaced twice on an 02 Vue AWD V-6. The 02-07 Vues use the same wheel bearings and they are a known issue with these
cars. Another problem with these cars is the rear support bearing for the drive shaft in the AWD models. I recommend having the wheel bearings and rear carrier bearing checked out. Good luck.

98 saturn Sc2 makes a helicopter sound in the front. Thought it was the tires replaced all 4 but it still makes the same sound. What could it be?

this isn't a solution, just a brainstorm of ideas
-front rotor? (brakes) this would cause lots of noise and viberation while braking over 50 mph
-it could be your belts?... if it makes the noise while the car is parked, and increases pace when you rev the engine.
-it also could be the cluch, (if standard tran) as that can make a high pitched chirping noise, but that is unlikely...
