You won't have a separate fuse for each window, they are on the same fuse. So, if one window works, the fuse is fine. Check the button for power at the button. You will need to pop out the power button but leave it connected. Check to see if you have power to the button. If you do, the button is bad, replace it.
Please if you can get into the car, beneath the driver side underneath the steering compartment you will get the fuse box there. Check the map and replace the fuse that has cut off.
