Cant find the drain plug on the oil pan for my 1999 chrysler concorde lxi

The oil drain plug is located on the side of the oil pan, passenger side. It does not look like a typical drain plug, as it's one of those quick drain type. It is meant to be hand loosened and tightened. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN or you are in for a world of hurt. Just firmly finger tight

Where is the drain plug on the automatic transmission

There isn't one. The pan is held on by several bolts, the fluid is drained by loosening a few at first then the rest.

Can't find raditor drain plug on 1997 camery

If it is there, it will be obvious to you, located on the inside bottom edge of the radiator, a little tap about 1 inch across.

There are many cars out there which don't have a drain plug, and on these you have to loosen, or remove, the bottom hose from the radiator.

Two questions: On A 2002 4x4 Blazer, is the oil drain plug on the oil pan? The only plug I see is under/behind the engine. Also does it turn counter clockwise to loosen, I was doing that and won't loosen.

Yes the oil drain plug is in the oil pan and the oil pan is on the motor. The plug is in the rear part of the oil pan and you need a 15mm wrench or socket to remove it.It does come off counter clockwise.Sometimes they are tightened to tight and can be hard to remove.Good luck.

OVERHEATED DIFFERENTIAL DUE TO LACK OF OIL

It doesn't have a drain plug. Yes the square plug is the fill plug. You have to remove the cover to drain it. To remove the fill plug try an open end wrench with a pipe over the end of it.

Drive belts

If this car has a v-6 (2.5). You have to loosen the belt tensioner. It is located along the side of the passengers wheel well. Turn the passengers tire outwards, and kneel down. Look inside the wheel weel, and about the same line of sight as your eyes when you look in there you will see, a bolt, and a pulley, with a bolt in the center of the pulley. Loosen the pulley bolt first, and then loosen the tensioner bolt, Pun on belt careful to watch the routing, and pull pulley tight, with hand, and then tighten the tensinner bolt. Belt should be taught, but not very tight. Then tighten the pulley bolt.

Transmission fluid drain

I don't believe this pan has a drain plug. Loosen all the bolts and loosen the pan w/ a putty knife. Then slowly lower the pan at one corner to allow the fluid to pour out into a drain pan. Once most of it is gone you can handle it and not spill it all over the place.
