Question about 1994 Honda Accord
I just bought a car and the front turn signals aren't working. The bulbs were just replaced. Pretty sure its a problem with the wiring. Previous owner must've rewired everything to add on extras. Also, I belive I found the fuse box under the driver-side dash and connected it but then it started clicking constantly and drained battery power to the starter so I re-disconnected it.
Check the turn signal flasher ...check your owners manual for location..

Hi, it sounds like bad wiring like you say, you're gonna have to get rid of all the add on stuff, cause the way I see it, it might requiere a higher capacity fuse, the down side is you leave your computer more expose to electric damage and/or a short circuit leading to a fire (dangerous). Best solution is... get rid of all that stuff and if you feel it's best, re-wire.

SOURCE: 1996 Honda Accord No Turn Signal
Check over to the very left near the floor. Known as a"kick" panel if that makes sense. May have to unscrew a plastic retainer to access

Yes, it sounds like your solenoid is bad and staying engaged against the flywheel, you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.

the battery says 12 volts but may be dropping to 4 or 5 under a load...i would suggest jumpstarting the car and see what happens.the battery should read in the high 12 volts and not less than 9.5 under cranking. the dash lights go out on your car when starting, and the alarm will go off ,and disable the ignition if the voltage is too low in cranking the car because the computer will shut it down and activate the anti theft.....check your battery posts are tight. best of luck

The turn signal switch and 4 way flashers have the relays built inside. If fuses and flasher is good, then switch is bad.
