Most likely a bad tire ( broke belt etc) or alignment problem.

I would try the tire shop first. Sometimes you can see a bulge on a bad tire.

SOURCE: 2004 Nissan Murano, back door can't open

I had a similar problem with a sienna and sometimes the cable ( inside the door) between the handle and the latch gets stuck in the sleeve. Kind of like the brake cable on a bike.
take the panel off by removing all the screws you can see on the panel and pull the panel off. There will be plastic pins holding it. Some of them may pop off and some will break off.
Drip oil down the sleeve so the cable slides freely. I used bike chain oil. Do not use WD40. This is **** and will not work for very long. Try the handles a few times before you put the panel back.

SOURCE: Where do I find speed sensors on a 2003 Nissan Murano?

P1574 is the ASCD Vehicle Speed Sensor so it would be relative to your speedo problem.

P0720 is the out put speed sensor, And the sensor is going to be towards the out put shaft to the axle.
Good luck and hope this helps.

06 Murano steering shakes when accelerating around 60 mph. Just balanced tires, still shakes. Doesn't shake while coasting same speed

Do you feel the shaking in the steering wheel as well? If so, it may be a worn steering linkage. If not, have your CV joints and U-Joints checked and, if you have a 4WD, have the transfer case output shaft bearing checked.

How should i use my awd on my murano 2005? awd lock its that mean that its on and how much speed can i go please sombody

AWD is computer controlled in your 05 Murano. AWD lock is for low speeds under 10 MPH or something like that. I've had my 05 Murano since 05 and never used AWD lock. Between VDC and AWD I've never had any problem getting around. My salesmen told me it was for low speed/towing...I never tow so I've never used it.

HI MY 2006 S AWD MURANO HAS STARTED THIS IRRITATING VIBRATION..CAUSES EVERYTHING FROM THE SEATS AND THE MIRRORS TO VIBRATE. I HAVE CHECKED BALANCING, TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT..BUT PROBLEM PERSIST. DO...

Hm. I had an irritating vibration at highway speed with tires that came with my car. I had the balance checked and it was determined that there was an out of round tire. I replaced the tires, had them spin balanced, and the rims were perfect. After that, the vibration at highway speed went away.

Tires are the most common problem for vibration at various speeds.

Where did you buy your tires or have them spin balanced?
