Question about Subaru Legacy
This is more than likely a lose connection ...I would start underneath at the speed sensor and connector mounted in the rear tail area of the transmission.I have found faulty connections behind the instrument cluster as well ...start wiggling wires and connections...Subaru technical actually used to call this a "wiggle test"
