i have a very simalar problem my car wont crank at all but it seems as tho the fuses are alright but i dont know why but the car wont start at all but everything else works

to turn the theft lock off you must put key into ignition and turn to ACC, wait ten minutes (light will turn off) then turn the key to off position and pull out. Do this 3 times ( i know 30 minutes is a long time) and then after that the theft lock will turn off and your car SHOULD start.

It's in the column screwed to the back side of the lock cylinder. It comes with a wire harness that goes down the column to the bottom of the dash.

pull the connector off the lighter--they are notorious for shorting out. If that doesn't work, get back to me and I'll look up the wiring diagram for more ideas.
