Hlf does not work

Here is your fuse box diagram, there are a few that cover seats, but as your issue is seat memory and mirrors, I think you have a Body Control Module communication issue, so you need a good auto-electrician, with a pro grade scan tool computer.

VSA is vehicle stability assist. I don't know whether light indicates vsa is on or faulty.

misfires are more from faulty injectors / leaking injectors so check the codes as the misfire code will indicate the problem cylinder
exampl code p0300 is random misfires and codes p0301 through to p 0308 is the cylinder ie p 0303 is no 3 cylinder

no it won't, there is a transponder, a good locksmith will be able to remove the broken key from the lock and reset your transponder from the old key

It might be your ac clutch. run your ac if u have it and see if it whines louder.

The "cooling fan" fuse is not what you are looking for. Look for a fuse labeled "blower". If the fuse is good, you need to check for voltage at the blower with the ignition switch in the ON position and the blower speed control on high.

Take a OHM meter and test the wire to the tank sender. If you have a full tank of gas you should get a reading of 8 ohms. If a hlf it will be 4 ohms. If no reading is shown you have an empty tank. Now if the meter stays at the OL setting at all times although if you bounce the Jeep to make the gas swish around and do get a reading and when the gas settles back down leveling out and returns to the OL setting the sender is bad and needs to be replaced

you have a simple one all you need is a oil pan gasket, oil pump , oil , filter.
as far as hours go it depends on the person, air tools or no air tools ect.
for instance I can do it in about hour to hour and a hlf, some other people not that experienced in the field may take half a day it depends on the individual.
